Face For Radio, A Voice For Miming
This is why I appreciate blogging being a textual medium. I couldn’t be a podcaster without some serious voice coaching. Yesterday I was interviewed by Sean D’Souza and I just heard the audio. OMG. WTF Plus Double OMG.
Yes I know most people don’t like to hear their voice played back (at least until they get used it) but … wow. High-pitched, nasally (deviated septum will do that I guess), gulps, ums, and aahs. Not good.
Sean seemed relatively pleased with it but I don’t think I have a career in radio unless they need a mime artist.
