Back from San Diego
Well I have been so busy since I returned that I forgot to update this blog here, so here I am recitificationing.
San Diego was … work. I really can’t say what San Diego was like. It was like going to an office every day on a big-assed highway surrounded by palm trees and the threat of sunshine. I did fly over a beach and the sea. Once I wore my sunglasses for a few minutes. We had many arguments with taxi drivers.
That’s it.
No, really.
I can’t complain, it was a work trip and I didn’t pay for it. And it still counts as my first trip to California so that is one less place on my 43 places!
OK, we did visit a big electronics superstore to buy Nicks new linux gadget (Nokia Internet Tablet). I bought screen wipes. It was nice to finally meet Art and co too.
Talking of Art, we had a conversation about music and I realised a lot of the bands I said I liked I hadn’t listened to in a long time judging by my Last.fm data. I am trying to track down his recommendations but it is proving difficult as I only use AllOfMp3.com to buy music as I am cheap!
