No Christmas present from Amazon this year
Just been reading about Darrens bumper Amazon Associates Christmas. Ah that is a familiar experience this time of year, looking at affiliate accounts and seeing all time high figures. Christmas truly is the season for spending wads of cash!
Problem is, a couple of months ago all my sites got taken out. My web host was a friend who let me use one of his dedicated servers on loan. All of a sudden without warning BAM! No server. No sites. No backup. No affiliate income. No adsense money. No backlinks. No source code. Hence this blog being started over again.
They were crap sites mostly anyway, not spammy particularly but not what I would call well-nurtured or top quality.
So 2006 will see me starting from scratch. I have a blog that I need to work on that will hopefully launch to coincide with our return from Calgary. Now I blog about professional blogging I have to show I can walk the walk so the pressure is on.
